Everyday I do my affirmations, a set of positive statements to get my mind focused on accomplishing my goals and building my team. You can accomplish anything you set your mind to as long as you monitor your self-talk and look for the abundance of opportunities around you!

As I travel around the country I ask people 20-70 years old: What do you want to be when you grow up? The number one answer I get is “I don’t know”!

The most successful people know world set goals and today we are going to discuss the S.M.A.R.T. system for setting goals.

This goal setting system has been around for years and works as well today as and when it was first taught.

The S stands for specific. Your goals must be crystal clear! You need to know exactly what you want because your mind is like a giant computer that acts on specific information that receives.

Do you think you could do a search on Google for something specific by putting in general information?

Of course not! You Must Be Specific!

Here is the assignment for today:

I would like you to write down everything that you want to Be, Do and Have them don’t stop writing until you are finished! Once you are done put down the sheet of paper for 24 hours and then revisit your goals again.

Next time we will discuss the M in the S.M.A.R.T. formula stands for Measurable!
